In a rare move for President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden, the first couple on Wednesday left Washington for a mid-week trip to their beach house in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It is the first time during Biden's presidency that he will pay a visit to the home. The occasion is to mark the first lady's 70th birthday on Thursday, her press secretary Michael LaRosa told CNN.
