ISIS affiliate claims spate of attacks on Taliban in Afghan city of Jalalabad

The eastern city of Jalalabad in Afghanistan has seen a spate of attacks against the Taliban this week by the group IS Khorasan (ISIS-K), an affiliate of ISIS.
