Lesotho Prime Minister in surprise court appearance as lawyers seek immunity

Lesotho's Prime Minister Thomas Thabane made a surprise appearance in a court in Maseru on Monday but will not be charged with murder and attempted murder until a constitutional question is settled, a magistrate ruled.
